Accessibility Statement

Selling a house is stressful enough. This website should be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard only, enlarge text, or need reduced motion.

We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Practical steps we take on every page:

This site does not use an accessibility overlay, widget or plug-in. Those tools often interfere with the assistive technology you already use. We fix the underlying code instead.

The map on our contact page is embedded from Google, so its behaviour is controlled by Google rather than by us. Our address is also written out as text next to it, and you can always call us for directions.
