Yes. RC Home Buyers can purchase a house with tenants. A written lease transfers with the sale, so share the lease and any related records early. That allows the occupancy, rent, deposits, and other terms to be reviewed before the written offer and closing documents are prepared.
Yes. Cash means the purchase is not conditional on bank financing. RC Home Buyers uses its own funds, so there is no mortgage approval that can fail before closing. Purchase funds arrive by wire or bank draft on closing day after the required documents are completed.
Yes. You may have your own attorney review the offer, purchase agreement, or closing documents. If it is easier for you, RC Home Buyers will communicate directly with your attorney about the sale. You should have enough information and time to make your own decision.
